The people of a particular state decide to vote for socialist policies and take over extraction of a valuable resource because private corporations are exploiting the state for their own profits. How do you return the state to a Capitalist system?

- Smuggle weapons and money to rebels. If this fails...
- Devalue the state's natural resources by over-producing in other countries to drive down the price. If this fails...
- Bribe the main suppliers of essentials to the state, like toilet paper, etc, to cut off the supply. If this fails...
- Declare the state illegitimate and blame the economy on the leader. Openly declare sanctions and block the state from getting loans or selling its resources abroad. Omit any references to steps 1 through 3 in news reports. If this fails...
- Attempt to assassinate the leader with a drone. If this fails...
- Accuse the leader of atrocities and build a coalition in the U.N. to invade the country under false pretenses, like WMDs, election rigging. If this fails...
- You get caught and tried at the World Court for war crimes and human rights violations.
Currently the state in question is Venezuela.
